NEXT STEPS

For the following information, please note that each person in your party must individually complete these steps.

If you want to send a group payment, that’s fine - but please be sure to include the names and emails of everyone involved in the notes section of your payment.

ONE

Please download, then submit via email a signed and completed of this retreat agreement.

Please complete this step within 24 hours of your deposit submission, and please attach both forms in a single email.

TWO

Getting here —

Liberia airport (LIR) is located two hours from the property so schedule your departing flight at least 4 hours after checkout.

Check out is at 10am on Friday Feb 16th. We will all leave together via the shuttles.

Please schedule your arriving flight on Saturday Feb 10th at Liberia airport (LIR) as early as possible. We will all wait for one another outside of the airport and head over to the property as a group.

Keep in mind that when you arrive, you will need to go through customs where they ask you why you are in Costa Rica and will give your passport a stamp!

Make sure to have a return ticket booked (even if you are deciding to stay in Costa Rica afterwards for your own exploration. Customs will want to see that you have a return date when you arrive—even if it’s from a different airport.

The airport does have car rentals available in case you are going to remain in Costa Rica after the retreat.

You can rent a car at Liberia and return it to a different location at a different city or airport.

THREE

Keep an eye on your inbox —

There will be a pre-retreat Zoom meeting where we will go over everything: What to expect, and introducing ourselves. There will be time to ask and answer any questions you may have as well.

You will receive your Zoom link (as well as a meeting reminder) via email in the weeks leading up to the meeting.

FOUR

Remainder of your payment is due in full no later than 1/10/24 —

As mentioned, you may pay in up to two equal payment installments. If you paid in full, you may disregard this step. If you elected to pay via credit card, you’ll receive your invoices via email.
